Residing in Sydney Australia, Brendan followed his passion to become a Professional Footballer (soccer) competing at the highest levels. With his decision to move into real estate Brendan began his property career as a Buyers’ Agent for investors, purchasing residential properties that achieve passive income from high growth properties that build a portfolio for earlier retirement including granny flat, dual key, dual income strategies. Since then, Brendan progressed from strength to strength to record remarkable achievements in numerous townhouse developments totalling in excess of $60 million project value. Always the optimist, Brendan’s primary role in the company is key as the Client-Investor Liaison, establishing channel partners and in driving project sales.
